About Morgantown Chess Club

Whether played for fun or at a competitive level, the game of chess holds a unique fascination. It is our mission to create a friendly environment where chess enthusiasts of all playing levels can meet around the 64 squares. Either for a casual game or to compete in tournaments. As an affiliate of the US Chess Federation our club organizes rated tournaments.
